***Next Business Day (NBD) means that if a hardware component of the notebook is diagnosed faulty during the 1st year of the warranty, the repair should be completed within the applicable Next Business Day service timeframe, as outlined below.
For example:
⦁ If the notebook is dropped off for repair before noon, it should be repaired by the end of the next business day.
⦁ If it is dropped off in the afternoon, the repair should be completed by the end of the following business day.
In the event that the required replacement parts are not immediately available, a loan unit will be provided to you, regardless of its configuration, until your notebook has been fully repaired.
